I have had the pleasure of being associated with Keith for just over a year now. I was struck by Keith’s intuitive insights into human behavior and his ability to cut to the real issues. I have watched him apply his skill at listening and asking the right questions has time after time uncovered the actual need verses the perceived need which too often people attempt to solve. This has allowed him to at times point out the obvious and usher in the best solutions. I had the privilege to be in Keith’s breakout group at a conference earlier last year and then shortly afterwards we met up at another conference. Since then, we have met almost weekly to discuss current issues.
