I have had the pleasure of supervising Keith over the past 2 years. He currently serves as a full-time Technology Support Technician for the Caroline County Public School system. He is primarily responsible for our Caroline High School, Bowling Green Elementary, and our School Board Offices. In his position he is responsible for approximately 4000 end user devices, classroom technology, both cable and wifi network support, and administration of our server fleet. While Keith has been a part of my team he has shown time and time again that he is reliable and innovative. There is rarely a time when Keith is confronted with an issue he is unable to overcome with his skillset. In the instances he does have difficulty, he never hesitates to involve resources necessary to resolve the issue. His hunger in IT is matched by his drive to improve himself not only through on the job training but also self directed learning and attaining certifications. I have received numerous positive feedback from the faculty and staff at the sites he works. He has the ability to break down complex technical issues into terms end users can understand.
