I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Keisha for one year while at Foresight Mental Health, serving together on the Talent Acquisition leadership team. During our time together, I watched as Keisha advanced from Clinical Hiring Partner, to Associate Leader, and ultimately, Leader of Clinical Hiring. Keisha has grown as quickly as our company has, and her willingness to learn, to serve, and to take on new responsibilities is truly admirable. Keisha is phenomenal. Not only does she excel at defining strategy, working collaboratively, evolving processes, and identifying solutions to drive efficiency, but she is a compassionate and empathetic leader who inspires her team. I will miss working with her immensely, but am grateful to have learned from her in our time together.
