Daniel Saltzman
I had the opportunity to work with Keion during our time at Travelers Insurance. We both worked together in the Wokers Compensation Claims department specializing in with the Return-To-Work claims. Most claims would come in directly to us and we had 24 hours to make a decision on how to proceed with the claim. Keion was a very valuable asset on the team. He would always go above and beyond expectations. If a team member became tied up with another assignment, Keion would place the phone calls to the injured worker, employer, and medical facility to make sure the injured worker was taken care and compensated for the time missed from work immediately. I would highly recommend Keion to any employer! He brings a great amount of energy and dedication everywhere he goes.

Keion is an exceptional professional who balances being strategic and goal oriented with a mix of compassion and empathy. As an AmeriCorps VISTA, Keion brought a wide eyed view of programming and he knew exactly the members he wanted in his cohort and how he wanted things done. He was open to opinions while also having colleagues challenge his beliefs. Keion embraced working in teams and always took the time to know the interests of the students in our organization in order to better serve the people he worked with. Time and time again, Keion delivered exceptional resources to our students. Whether it was offering college advice, finding college scholarships or setting up career exploration events, Keion never failed in his conquests. He was the best AmeriCorps VISTA I ever worked with and exemplified his role exceptionally. I had the privilege of starting my own career with Keion and without his guidance, I would not be where I am at today. I learned a lot about being stoic and trusting in the work that I do and that somehow, things always work out the way it should. Keion is the ultimate professional and can handle any task that comes his way.
