Sorting of incoming material ; arrange shelving with date receipt labels Receive, verify and prepare incoming goods for inspection Inspection and batching of goods , IPLAN receiving app and Syspro Data processing (GRN) of incoming goods using the IPLAN receiving app Identifiation and distribution of goods Data collection and update daily KPI’s Attend daily cell meetings Work with the on site UTI customer on a daily basis Sort out queries – any queries regarding Finance and Procurement Attend production meeting – instruct both level 1 and 2 on priorities coming out of the meeting Handling priority list daily – jobstoppers on both level 1 and 2 Continuous Improvement – to minimize administration of documents In the absence of the Receiving Manager – assume responsibility of the department to maintain daily targets and productivity Show less
