As a part-time Lead Hiring Coordinator, I personally increased the size of our staff by 42%. We began the semester with 30 Advancement Ambassadors and in two short months, I screened, interviewed, and held orientation for over 70 new hires. My duties included contacting and conducting phone screenings for each applicant daily, conducting group-interviews of about 5 applicants twice weekly, and holding orientation for upwards of 10 new applicants weekly. Orientations included leading employees through paperwork, welcoming employees, and covering company culture and policies. I lead a Recruitment Team that assisted in recruitment efforts of brainstorming marketing ideas, flyering campus hot-spots, and achieving individual recruitment goals. As a lead team member, I also lead the staff of 80 Advancement Ambassadors who have collectively raised over $200,000 under my direction.

Other responsibilities included establishing fundraising goals, training, and coaching new callers on fundraising techniques. I'm incredibly proud of my accomplishment to have been promoted twice within a 5 month period.
