Lindenhaeghe Group is a growing commercial education, training and examination institute for finance professionals. Main achievements as Finance & HR Director: - Board member: provide direction to this cyclical and customer-oriented organization Including periodic Supervisory Board meetings and an annual strategic meeting. - Supported the sale of the majority of the shares to a Private Equity company A Financial Vendor Due Dilligence (FVDD) project had been started together with KPMG as of the summer in 2018.; the (preparation of the) transaction was completed in 2019. - Managing and coaching the Finance & HR department The 2017 and 2018 financial statements were completed in January. The complex education VAT structure is adjusted to meet the requirements of "Horizontal supervision" of the Dutch Tax authority (July 2018). In addition, concrete IT steps have been taken both to get the data analysis at the customer /product level and to use more of the possibilities of AFAS. Finally, the composition of the Finance & HR team is at the desired level as of January 1, 2019. - Obtained Great Place to Work certificate (HR) in October 2018 Responsible for this HR process and I started a permanent project team to take care of it. The certificate has been achieved through both a high employee satisfaction and a well-developed employer policy. The ranking (6th) at Great Place to Work was announced March 2019. - Match and More Training B.V. Joining a training institute with the Lindenhaeghe Group (June 2018). This process included a due diligence and the conversion of Exact accounting to AFAS (bookkeeping software). Show less

I achieved both a clear / transparent presentation of annual figures & budget and a clear planning & control process to support those deliverables. - Managing, coaching and developing the financial department.
