Hij is sociaal, eerlijk en oprecht en heeft de kwaliteit om rekening te houden met de belangen van alle betrokkenen in een traject. Daarbij probeert hij voor iedereen het beste resultaat te bewerkstelligen.

Met Kees heb ik erg prettig samengewerkt. Kees begrijpt hoe een netwerk van stakeholders in elkaar zit, heeft ook het vermogen om te anticiperen, nieuwe ontwikkelingen te voorzien. Omdat Kees ook een warm (en bescheiden) mens is is het fijn om met hem te sparren. Dat zie je ook terug bij opdrachtgevers en stakeholders in het netwerk. De gunfactor is hoog bij Kees. Bij de overdracht van zijn werkzaamheden als VCA manager naar mij heb ik veel van hem opgestoken. En heb ik steeds gemerkt hoe de stakeholders in deze complexe netwerkomgeving met veel verschillende belangen altijd met respect en waardering over Kees spreken.
