● Answered multiple phone lines for the business and was at the front desk and welcomed all guests and clients to the office. ● Tracked all office supplies and inventory. I ordered everything that was needed from computer parts, printer toner, to every day pens and paperclips. ● Maintained the property and scheduled all maintenance workers that needed to complete projects on the property. ● Completely updated and transformed the flow of tracking a client’s tax documents and returns for the entire office. Thus, creating more efficiency between steps and reducing the overall time of completion. ● Handled all information on three separate HOA’s. I communicated with all the home owners, recorded all HOA payments, and managed the monthly book keeping of the bank transactions and reconciliations. ● I personally took care of 25 different clients for their bookkeeping, including scanning all paperwork, entering all transactions for bank cards and credit cards and completed reconciliations every month. ● Supervised other employees and correcting them on dress codes, and all other office policies and procedures including updating the handbook. ● Tracked and organized all paperwork that was brought into the office and distributed it to correct employees and created multiple tracking spreadsheets so that documents were never lost and could track progression on all projects.

● I started out at the company in June and completed a month of training to be become an emergency dispatch operator. This position included receiving alarm signals and correctly dispatching the authorities, while attempting to contact the owner of the business. ● After one month of being in this position I was chosen to be promoted to the customer service group. I again completed a month of training for this position which included answering in coming phones calls to assist customers with alarm system problems they are having. This included, troubleshooting problems, placing systems on test, and answering general questions about their system. ● I was sought out to be promoted again after one month of my last position. This promotion was for a universal agent. In that position I found customers contracts and paperwork. I made data changes for accounts and assisted with billing issues. I also coordinated contacts between customers and their local representatives.
