I am a Licensed Referee who has refereed the recreational level to the semi pro level. My job is to enforce the rules of soccer and keep a safe playing environment for the athletes. I practice customer service skills because my primary interactions are with upset coaches, parents, and players. I also demonstrate the ability to work with changing environments and diverse teams, because every game is a new referee team in a different place in Orlando.
