As a Group MarTech Specialist, I am part of the pre-opening team and existing operational back office team for our hotel group including Lub d and Marasca brands. I am leading and implementing Customer Relation Management (CRM) digital automation, Loyalty Program, Online Reputation Management (ORM) and strategy for our hotel properties throughout the region including Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia and Japan and the list is growing. I am working with CRM digital technology deployment and execution with hospitality business insights, first-party data insights, application architects and maximizing the revenue-generated performance.Key Responsibilities• Led the CRM digital technology stack, MarTech stack including first-party data, automation, email direct marketing, chatbot, loyalty program and ORM to be in line with/support hotel group strategies• Planning and delivering MarTech strategies across the hotel group encouraging guest retention, guest loyalty and guest online reputation• Deciding on the MarTech applications and ensuring they work seamlessly across the hotel group and capture all required guest first-party data at key points in the guest life cycle• Guest Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the hotels and maximizing commercial opportunities• Deliver and provide recommendations for CRM guest insight Analysis/CRM campaign performance to maximize results• Providing operational training to related property staff and working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for the utmost guest experience across the hotel group• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum revenue-generated performance• Ensuring the guest database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities• Developing digital technology improvement for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the hotel group and its brands Show less
