# It was a good experience to work with Kebing both in Irdeto BSS and SAP Labs China. In Irdeto BSS, we starts to adopting Agile & Scrum methodology from the company level. As the QA of the scrum team, she values communication with developers and Product Owners, we worked together and release several versions of the Irdeto BSS software; As the QA engineer, she worked very closely with the team, understand requirements, creating user stories and define acceptance criteria. She helped the team to not compromise on quality. One year after she joins SAP Labs China, we become colleague again. She is one of the very early Scrum Masters when the whole Lab is adopting Agile & Lean methodology; She was actively trying to help her team and other team to adopt Scrum & Lean as one of the Lean Mentors at SAP Financial Applications, and coached 2 scrum teams; As the earliest Exploratory Testing practitioner, she was trained in Germany and helped the whole labs to adopt ET methodology; She was also one of the earliest Design Thinking Coaches to help her own team to try the methodology out. One can find she is alway upgrading her own knowledge. I would recommend Kebing as a team player. She is always keeping a clear vision in her mind, and a strong passion in understanding new methodologies then practice them herself and with her team. Kiki was a very professional and strong team player on her role as Product Analyst Tester in my team.
