  I am currently country coordinator and senior water ansd sanitation specilaist. I specifically work on capacity Building to government in scaling up sanitation and hygien in Ethiopia. We have supported the development of different guidelines, approaches, manuals and systems to support community based and led sanitation scale up program. Knowledge development and sharing, focusing on the poor (bootom 40%), enhancing private sector involvement for water and sanitation are our focus I am currently country coordinator and senior water ansd sanitation specilaist.
