I interned with the Project Management Office working on their Systems Modernization Project. While there I remodeled outdated Excel sheets that tracked project Risk, Action Items, and reports by programming new functions to automate calculations due to frequent changes and designing a consistent and clear interface. I led a weekly meeting reviewing project Action Items and updated the Excel sheet register to reflect updates given by project leaders. I also conducted research for a portfolio project management tool for 30-plus employees to use, and organized meetings with potential providers to give a live demo of their product. Show less
