  Administration: Collaborated with deans, faculty and college personnel leading to knowledge sharing and effective coordination between key offices within the university system. Work closely with National Dean to assist with retention initiatives.Responsible for all facets of staff supervision; to include hiring, supervision, and training. Established training policies and procedures for all Program Advisors; also created an advisor training manual. Developed and presented trainings for advisors on various student services topics. Created and responsible for maintenance and improvement of Student Orientation platform.
