CIRCUSOL (www.circuso.eu) is a European project demonstrating service-based circular business models for the solar power industry. Total project budget is 8M euro. As coordinator, my role includes setting up the consortium (15 partners from 7 countries), writing the proposal, managing the contract negotiations, and now overseeing the implementation of the project at both managerial and content levels.
