Communicated with merchants to obtain reimbursement information (300 calls/month), verified the authenticity of employees’ reimbursements for the second time, obtaining the communication ability to quickly establish trust with strangers. Examined over 260+ reimbursement documents with 100% accuracy, used Vlookup to process and sort reimbursement data, undertook daily work including financial accounting, accounting processing, and document filing; entered vouchers in conjunction with completion of accounting statement preparation. Assisted in the preparation of 30+ excel files for internal audit, and ensured complete and accurate information data by cross-reference and cross-table comparisons.
