My first interaction with Krishna sir was when he mentored my team and I in Thinqbator, Business Plan Competition 2022. He always went an extra mile to ensure that we thoroughly understood the task at hand and executed it well. His guidance ranged from theoretical and numerical aspects of business that one needs to have in mind to the practical approach of entrepreneurship and how to tackle any spontaneous questions that we received during our presentation. He lent socio-economic perspective to our entrepreneurial venture and helped us in developing analytical skills. As high school students who were participating in this extremely competitive event, we had our own set of issues. However, Krishna sir initiated communication, instilled team spirit and encouraged professionalism in the truest sense. He gave adequate motivation as well as constructive feedback. We appreciated his mentorship and advises which were the sole reason behind our team getting the title of the most entrepreneurial venture. His interpersonal are applaudable that is why despite the competition coming to an end, we stayed connected. I kept bombarding him with doubts and questions which he answered accurately even at odd hours. He has played a phenomenal role in developing my interest in the field of business and finance. He has also given exceptional support and help in my research projects. As a newbie who is passionate about research but has limited exposure to research opportunities in high school, I had multiple questions at every stage of my research and severe uncertainties about how to conduct different types of research, analyse information and present research in a comprehensive way. I am really grateful for all his help. Furthermore, I worked under him in the Amity International Business School Model United Nations Society (AIBS MUN Soc) of which he is the President. He epitomised leadership skills and created tangible change in the society by mentoring today’s youth for active participation and initiating a crucial discussion on an important international issue like the economic impact of COVID 19 with special emphasis on the Sri Lankan Crisis. He displayed outstanding managerial and instilled confidence and oratory skills in hundreds of young social advocates. I have been in constant awe of his diligence, attention to detail and creative outlook towards everything. I am eternally thankful to all that he has helped me with.

I had the pleasure of not only teaching but also working professionally with Krishna. From the first class , Krishna impressed me by being very perceptive, sharp and quick individual. He is very grounded and is intellectually par excellence. He has a drive to learn new things and master them. He also amazed me by mastering various tools with which he could analyse data . In fact, he gave new insights into Business Modelling in a recently conducted workshop. His cheerful nature and openness to feedback means he is a keen learner. He always had an active and outgoing presence in the class. He has demonstrated excellence in all that he puts his mind to, whether it is the class, a project, workshop or internship , amongst many other things. There will be no limit to his growth.
