In this role, I was tasked with designing and implementing 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I also developed the company's Project Delivery capability, successfully delivering 10 projects including Data Analytics, ERP, EUC, networks, cybersecurity and outsourced our IT function. In addition to my CIO duties, I was nominated to the COVID-19 Committee and served as Chairman from 2020-2021. During my time at The Shann Group, a market leading Australasian distributor of a diverse range of products and fabrics, I transformed the IT department from a reactive, technology-centric, order-receiving culture to one that is consultative, client-focused, and the business partner of choice.
