Assisted youth and their families in locating appropriate community resources in order to help reach treatment objectives. Such resources included interaction with health, school, Juvenile Court and governmental officials. Provided accurate and extensive documentation to agency supervisors regarding client case history.

  Coordinated and facilitated freshmen outreach all four years. Supervised and trained eight upperclassmen each year to lead freshmen small groups. Facilitated a weekly freshmen program consisting of 60 plus students. Organized the majority of special large-scale events including the annual Back To School Retreat, attended by approximately 150 collegians.Counseled students individually on a weekly basis for the purpose of their personal growth and development. Organized and facilitated in several student trips including Canada, China, Cleveland, Florida and Las Vegas with more than 20 collegians attending. Prepared and co-led the Religious Groups on Campus seminar at New Student Orientation at Arkansas State University attended by a total of approximately 175 collegians and parents. Designed major BCM promotional material that was sent to freshmen for recruiting purposes. This included layout design and working with local print shops for project completion.
