Damian O'Farrill

Kiki and I partnered for over 2 years, and served on my LT. She was a great people manager, can manage large-scale complex products and projects. She has a passion for people, always open in her communication style, and deeply cares about individuals' career development. I've seen Kiki work on programs from start to finish, setting up the foundation for expansion and growth. At the same time Kiki can jump in the middle of a project or program and make sure that the initiative is successful. Her leadership, technical acumen, and her data-driven mindset, made her an invaluable member of my leadership team.

Rachel Bushinsky

I was lucky to be working directly under Kiki in the analytics and data operations organization at Autodesk. She is a wonderful team leader who gives those on her team the perfect balance of support whenever needed, and freedom to solve problems creatively. She focused on our strengths as team members, while fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and thoughtfulness within the group. Any organization would be lucky to have her leading a team.

      • Feb 2012 - Nov 2014

As a district planner for Macy’s, I operated as an extension of Central HQ in the field (specifically in multiple territories across the Northwest Region). I drove sales volume via go-to-market strategies --translating national strategies into local, tailored approaches for Ready-To-Wear. Through weekly, vigorous analysis of financial trends, I identified sales, turnover and gross margin opportunities and developed action plans to maximize growth or neutralize liabilities. Through influential negotiations and analyzing the customer demographic data, I developed solutions to modify assortment allocations by brand, category, size, etc. to Central and Inventory Management in-season. I provided pre-season input to Central by partnering with stakeholders in the field (stores, vendor reps, etc) to communicate strategy developments and build bottom-up financial plans for each season. As the voice of the customer, I analyzed the competition, keep a pulse on local market conditions, and synthesize external data (market share, industry reports, etc) in order to keep the district competitive in the market. Lastly, I presented the local strategies to all levels of management and leadership including chief executives. Show less
