As KC’s manager and colleague, I can best discuss the qualities and accomplishments that KC brought to our group. KC was a self-starter who required minimum supervision. He was informed about and always interested in our strategic direction. This helped him manage a team that was productive and made excellent collaboration with a lot of team members’ participation.
