Kelley A Beloff is the definitive word in professionalism! Her unique and superior ability as a Project Manager made possible the rapid move of my business when faced with a catastrophic loss from a flood. This flood, caused by an exploded fire suppression system, severely damaged the building that my business occupied and the city condemned the building. I immediately needed a specialist who could accurately project milestones and perform cost analysis. Kelley's superb direction ensured my move was conducted without problems and in minimum time. She handled crisis decisions (which always occur when one is reactive – remember; we *had* to move) and communicated/coordinated with and between a dozen sub-contractors. Thanks to her expert management we averted a possible disaster with virtually no loss of business days. She is, without a doubt, the final word in professionalism, ability, vision, and ability. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any position of responsibility. GLENN ALTSCHULD, Colonel, USAF Ret Owner, Rose City Fine Jewelry & Loan, LLC

Oversaw daily operations of a retail business. Responsible for development of 5 year Business Plan for Max's Jewelers and Loan Company. The goal was positive cash flow at the end of the plan. The plan had a multi pronged approached, which included restricting funds for non-revenue producing collateral and pawning items that instead have high revenue value.
