And help to run the new technology smoothly all over the Bangladesh and modified it sustainable, eco friendly and beneficial to the framers. • To organize meetings, seminars and training programs in different Upazillas in Bangladesh for disseminating and adapting of Tray based rice seedling nursery and automated transplanting and harvesting. • To run the field operations with a team of 30 members and guided them to complete their function. • To prepare data collection formats and coordinating the activities of a team for collecting relevant data. • To ensure the quality and authentication of data taken by the field force by cross matching and also ensuring that the data collected is entered into spreadsheets properly with zero error. • To train field operatives about scientific data collection methods so that they can collect the data from field with minimum errors. • To prepare field reports, tables and process the agricultural operation’s data using spreadsheet software as per the requirements of the management. • To contribute in preparation of Memorandum of Understandings, corporate profile, leaflets, banners and the web site of the company. • To make assessment of the field and crop condition of farmers and provide agronomic support to the farmers during the crop’s life cycle. • To lead teams to implement different projects that span over different Zillas like "Optimum aged seedling transplanted by using rice transplanter at different location in Bangladesh" and "Harvesting the crop using mini combined harvester". • To prepare budget for projects, maintain financial activities and also marketing for adaptation of new technology. • To help foreign agricultural experts in learning about the local agricultural practices when they come to work on the different projects.
