  Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Man power arranged and process wise manpower set up & checking all production process. 2. Follow up Button Machine, Button Finishing Section, Alloy Finishing Section, Plastic Molding Section, Button Coating Section, Plating Section and Copper Factory. 3. To monitor overall production process of all machine section & finishing section by company SOP, 4. Reduce cost & production increase by proper time study and take action how recover loss efficiency, 5. Time study, machine capacity study, production capacity study follow up, 6. Calculating of machine capacity & reduce production lead time, 7. Productions qualities ensure based on buyer requirement and avoid customer complain and as well as repeated complain, 8. Approvals from Buyers, Production planning, Material planning and machinery planning & Technical setting of the machine. 9. Pre-planning of man, machines and materials requirements, 10. Daily team member wise efficiency update by SAP, 11. Maintain good quality of products. 12. Research & Development (R&D) for new Raw Materials, (For reduction of the production cost) 13. Everyday production report submits to reporting boss (Management). Show less
