Brian McLaughlin
Rich is unbelievable using SolidWorks. His commitment to learning is obviously very bold to have achieved so much knowledge in the years he did. Rich is also well educated in coding for post processors and for linking exports to imports in various database structures. I had the pleasure of working with him - although a shorter period than would have liked. During his time with our company he displayed a calm, super positive attitude and this resulted in many small details of production being greatly improved. He has skills in design as well, and expresses them easily using SolidWorks. Would jump at the chance to work with him in the future.

Rich has an excellent work ethic, is very personable to the point of actually becoming your friend which makes him even easier to work with. He has excellent troubleshooting skills which are a necessary trait for someone involved in the kind of development work he participates in.
