As manager Dr. Brooke Ingersoll's MSU Autism Research Lab, I oversaw all occurring projects in the lab, including a HRSA funded clinical RCT study. I also oversaw database management, IRB updates, scheduling and other participant contact, and study subject recruitment. In this position, I interacted with research participants by conducting telephone screenings, administering standardized assessments, and videotaping parent-child interactions in the home. I also wrote assessment reports summarizing child developmental functioning and change over the course of a telehealth parent training RCT.I mentored undergraduate research assistants with senior theses, and assisted with hiring and training undergraduate research assistants as well as the successor lab manager.
