I hold weekly music classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Our sessions are very interactive, we sing traditional nursery rhymes and use puppets, instruments, parachute play and toys. Field Sales Executive

Sep 2014 - Feb 2015
My responsibilities included achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets, at the same time meeting all prevailing compliance objectives and KPIs. I was responsible for overseeing the management of my time and diary planning whilst ‘owning my zone’, developing and maintaining strong account management with key contacts within each site. Being field-based, I travelled between appointments and covered a large zone, including Surrey, Hampshire, Middlesex, West Sussex and Greater London. I passed all internal assessments relating to product knowledge and compliance guidelines as well passing all sales observations. I was always meticulous in ensuring my administration and planning tasks were completed to a high standard. My sales pitches/conversations were held in a variety of ways, including one-to-one presentations, store canteen visits, group presentations and managing areas within staff benefit days. Show less

I was working in a rental branch that comprised of a fleet in excess of 100 vehicles. On a day-to-day basis, my main responsibilities surrounded the scheduling of vehicle delivery, servicing and management for the fleet. Primarily my focus here was to provide excellent customer service to insurance, retail and business rental customers and managing my team to ensure that they also provided this level of service.Essentially my diligence in this role was imperative, as all rental contracts had to be completed according to their specific legal requirements. I also had responsiblities for the following:Motivating colleagues to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding their targets Taking control of overseeing branch sales and marketing efforts Dealing with issues over the telephone and keeping in contact with customers throughout theduration of their rental, resolving any issues as they arise. Dealing with accounts receivables.Marketing the business to local businesses and managing accounts to ensure their needs andexpectations are met. Vice President Student Support
-
Jul 2009 - Jul 2010
As a student at Kingston University I was very involved within the Union and its activities. I progressed from the elected position of Raise and Give Officer where I raised money for charities through fundraising events, to various Student Bar roles which in turn enabled me gain sufficient experience as a Bar Supervisor and Assistant Manager to become Vice President for Student Support. Fundamentally I was a Sabbatical Officer with student representation responsibility to the institution and community at both a local and regional level through affiliated organisations (National Union of Students) and Kingston University Students’ Union, with an annual turnover of £1,900,000 and a membership of 23,000 students. I was a member of several University committees, including: Academic Board, Academic Directorate, Faculty Student Experience Group and Quality Enhancement Committee and oversaw the reporting of commercial, membership services activity & financial performance to the University Executive and to the student body. I was responsible for dealing with an array of student issues including academic misconduct, student misconduct and appeals. In the year I held this post I had over 800 contacts with almost 250 students. As the lead on student representation I had the responsibility to ensure that students were fully aware of the support available for them, and also to ensure that they were aware of the procedures for complaints and appeals within the University and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) whilst liaising with relevant University departments, including Student Services, the University Secretariat, Equality and Diversity Department and the Disability and Dyslexia department.
