  Customer Services Manager handling Existing Customers, Renewals,and allot more! My main focus is Existing customers and making sure they are looked after in the V4B way. I believe our customer service is the best in the market place and there isn't anything I wouldn't do to keep a customer happy and enjoying there lease with V4B. Customers are our bread and butter and should be treated like such and with respect.I think sloppy customer service is lazy and anyone who thinks giving good service doesn't result in more business is missing a BIG trick. As the saying goes "Its all swings and roundabouts" if you put the effort in you will get the rewards. I've been with V4B almost 11 years and am committed to our business and what we have to offer.
