I manage the full recruitment process for two of the John Lewis and Partners Contact Centres based in Manchester and Hamilton, With upwards of 400 new Partners per year. Using networking and innovative ideas to attract high quality and talented new Partners to our Operation. Ensuring A&I checks are legally compliant and valid. Administrative duties to support the Senior team, including data analyses, regular in depth reporting.Embedding change programmes, such as safety management and pay review data analysis.Responsible for collating pay review yearly figures for over 700 Partners and presenting to the leadership team to support them in their decisions.Chair of the Safety Risk Management Committee responsible for ensuring Risk Risk registers and Risk Assessments are completed. Management of the Fire Risk Assessment and any actions. Management of Stress Risk Assessment process and actions. I also manage all DSE, access to work and special adjustment requests ensuring our Partners are supported and have the equipment needed to fulfil their role comfortably. I am also responsible for Duty Manager and First Aid rotation plans.Responsible for creating Business Continuity plan and corresponding Branch Impact assessments to ensure the seamless implementation of alternative working in times of business/site interruption.
