In my current role I act as the on-site coordinator for the 135 condominium owners of The Gant, assisting General Manager and Resort Manager with day to day operating functions, and communicate with owners and guests to assure property and association are running smoothly. While each day presents new challenges, my main goal is to provide answers, resolve concerns and identify opportunities to assure owner satisfaction and strengthen owner relationships. I work closely with the reservations, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance departments on all owner related issues and am the acting property liaison for the local real estate community to facilitate real estate transactions on behalf of owners and potential new owners.
