I was a part of the Wayne State women's cross country and track team. I competed in 10+ cross country races where I helped score points for Wayne. During my senior year, I placed in the top 30 at our conference meet, top 50 at our regional meet, and 61st at the NCAA national meet. I was Wayne's 4th runner to cross the line at nationals, which helped score the best team finish in school history (6th place). During track season, I won the 5k (17:29) at Gina Relays. I also scored in our conference in the 1500m open (4:37). I value my time spent as a collegiate athlete. This experience helped shape me into the person I am today. Show less
