I had the opportunity to work with Kayla at One Reel, where she served as my direct supervisor within the Sponsorship department. Kayla is first and foremost a leader. She inspires motivation, determination and a teamwork ethic that moves each team member to strive for excellence. Kayla was proactive in leading our department to reach sales goals and in re-imagining the sponsorship experience for One Reel events through strategic planning and innovative program development. Her ability to take on new projects and develop new relationships with organization stakeholders was absolutely matched by her enthusiasm to roll up her sleeves during an event and do the heavy lifting. My time working with Kayla was exceptional and I do hope that our professional paths cross again in the future.

Her positive attitude and collaborative nature made her stand out then and her skills have only grown since. Kayla has a natural inclination toward event planning, plus the creativity and instincts to create truly memorable events. While I no longer work with Kayla in a professional capacity, I am fortunate to count her among my friends. I know she is destined to do great things and I can't wait to see them unfold!
