I work one on one with clients in order to find the best set of products for their particular needs. I enjoy giving expert insight on flavor and availability of product. I work closely with reps in order to discover new and exciting beverages for our store. I attend tasting and education events and bring that knowledge to our store. I was the gourmet prep chef for the meat department. Every morning, I ensured the freshest cuts of delicious USDA Certified Choice beef, fresh hand cut pork, chicken, and seafood. Our goal was to make delicious meats readily available and affordable. In addition also crafted and cased sausages, marinated meats for the customers looking for a quick, easy meal, and crafted one meal pans for two. FIFO is incredibly important for fresh meat- especially ones like ours which contained no added hormones nor preservatives. Every morning, I would examine meat and record logs to ensure that our selection was fresh, beautiful, and most importantly- safe. Show less
