  I ran the sales floor including Hardlines and Softlines. Answered any and mostly all calls for entire building. Also, organized the sales ad for the entire store, prepped and corrected any mistakes. Set several planograms a day. I also covered Guest Services whenever needed while balancing many other tasks. I also was the top trainer, almost each team member I trained for the sales floor were hired on permanently if hired for a seasonal position. I also started at Target Corp as a seasonal cashier.
