Miss Brady and I have worked together for a year, and since then, she has proven her knowledge, integrity, loyalty, and proficiency in the office. Whether speaking with faculty, staff, students, or parents, Miss Brady has the experience necessary to handle situations with poise and professionalism. I had the privilege to be trained by Miss Brady as a Senior Tutor and Verification Intake specialist in the Disability Services Office. Her experience was instantly noticeable as she helped me acclimate to a new environment of confidentiality assisting students registered with the office. Miss Brady is thorough and displays excellent interpersonal and organizational communication. Along with learning policies and procedures of the office, I’ve observed Miss Brady as she’s interacted with students. Miss Brady advocates for students to reach their fullest potential while challenging them to self-advocate outside their academic pursuits. She has a natural ability to engage, empathize, and relate with students. Her demeanor exudes confidence, however, she is humble and empathetic when appropriate and her ability to adapt to any situation is impressive and impactful. I believe that the most valuable characteristic of Miss Brady is her ambition. Whenever asked, she does without question. Miss Brady is always willing to learn and grow in her experiences. Her optimism and goal-oriented work ethic is admirable and it is a joy to work by her side.
