  As a Tutor I am responsible for helping students learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments. Preparing lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks in detail to understand the topic I will be teaching and providing additional projects if needed during a session. I work directly with students to assist them in gaining a better understanding of concepts taught in the classroom. Different students have different learning styles so I continually adapt my teaching style and method for these differences in understanding. I also communicate with teachers or parents to track progress.

  Kushiara Foods is a business which circles around supplying customers and restaurants with food produce. As a manager, there was more responsibility regarding running the business. I kept in contact with other employees organising journeys to different cities to resupply consumer products as well as supply customers. With the changing prices of items, I also adjusted the prices for sale whilst being fair to customers in order to make an honest profit.   Working at a service station meant coping with high pressures due to high traffic. This helped improve my multitasking capabilities overlooking the fuel dispensers whilst handling cash or serving customers. Clear communication was thus needed and improved upon to ensure everything moved swiftly and efficiently. A benefit towards working here being that I was provided with a training course which helped me learn first aid tips and actions to take in various scenarios.
