I have known Kaye Kotlarczyk for roughly 2 years. She has been a sub in our building and for my class several times. I have requested her numerous times because she is very dependable, hard working, and caring. Whatever has been asked of her has been completed beyond satisfaction. I believe that Ms. Kaye Kotlarczyk would be a welcome addition to any school district in which she works. I would recommend her for a full-time teaching position without any reservation!
