  As a senior assistant at Kumon, I tutored basic Maths and English skills for students aged 5-18. There are usually 30-40+ students at the centre hourly whom I manage and I also plan the work students do at the centre and the work they take home. My role includes lots of communication, organisational/admin skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   I was a part of Code Club Kahurangi which is an amazing initiative that focused on guiding students aged 8-10 years old on basic coding practices using Scratch and microbits.
