   Assisting walk-in applicants with their concern/queries.  Receiving manpower request for different position and countries. Knowing the location, industry and searching resume/CV’s online thru different medium  Contacting qualified candidates for different categories to know their knowledge with regards to the open post.  Coordinating with the employer for possible/confirmed Skype or personal interview. Line up candidates for the employers interview.  Assisting employer/applicants during the interview proper.  Informing applicants if they are selected or not. Discuss with them the salary offer, offer letter/contract, benefits, and other regulation/guidelines for the company and process of documentation for their application.  Receiving the original/copy documents  Conduct agency orientation before departure. Hand over all of the workers necessary travel documents.  Assisting workers in the airport during flight proper if needed. Show less
