This includes QAing all steps of the production process, i.e. checking quality and accuracy of graphics, checking and formatiting (where necessary) content before proceeding to transaltion, etc. • Manage all pre-approved communications to PokerStars customers via the PokerStars poker client for all shared liquidity markets and languages. • Ensure 'through the line' consistency in all CRM communications. • Analysis and split testing of communications to ensure optimised performance and best possible results across different markets. • Ensure all projects are communicated and executed in line with the business plan. • Ensure all communications are current and of the highest quality. • Act as ‘gate keepers’ of all CRM communication to ensure project requested are reasonable and justified and in accordance with Group guidelines. • Assist in prioritizing projects to ensure business critical deadlines are always met as a priority. • Ensure best practises are followed, and all CRM communications needs are met. • Work closely with other Group CRM teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships. • Day-to-day management of CRM Execution Co-ordinators.
