  Joined Waggoner in January 1990, responsibilities included the supervision of survey crews including crew vehicles and equipment maintenance, scheduling and assignment of work and checking for technical accuracy. Also performed field checks for topographic mapping accuracy. Further management duties included preparation of man-hour estimates of prospective survey related projects, verification of time sheets and expense accounts, and acting as liaison between survey personnel and corporate administration. Worked with departmental managers to ensure that progression of survey projects were according to specification. Specific project experience included research of courthouse records, property boundary computation and determination, platting and preparation of legal descriptions for various survey-related projects. Responsible for ownership deed compilation and interpretation. Maintained client and property owner contact resolving any conflicts arising during the course of the projects. Developed extensive proficiency in AutoCAD based survey design software from Softdesk, Inc. involving all phases of survey data processing from initial data download and entry to final plat and mapping preparation. Other project work included major drainage analysis and storm/sanitary sewer development of properties adjacent to major highway and utility route designs.
