Preparing, Inspecting and mobilizing SWT unit Site Visits to plan spotting and R/U of equipment’s. R/U and R/D Pressure testing and equipment selection for different well test / production service Gas and oil sampling during well test Handling Surface Well Testing operations with 720 Psi & 1440 Psi Separator. Observing and maintaining real-time and quality data. Observing on site requirements and reporting to supervisor to maintain continuity of the job. Handled well test equipment such as Separator, Surge Tank at high flow rate, Adj. Choke of Choke Manifold during N2 lifting, Transfer Pump, Indirect Bath Heater, Storage Tank on site, Ignition System, Orifice plate change, Choke bin change. Stimulation flow back with ESP, Jet pump & SRP support, flow back for Frac, perforation, Sand cleanout, WBCO, acid squeezing, WBCO, stimulation Equipment’s Function test, maintenance, pressure test mainly for ESD system, Choke Manifold, 2-phase & 3-phase separator, Transfer pump & Ignition system. Handling of laboratory equipment’s including Dead weight Tester, Gravity-meter, Manometer, Refractometer, Viscometer, Resistivity meter, Gas Detector System, etc. Worked with stabilized multi rate flow through various choke size for production in Cairn India Limited. Operation for comparison for Inflow Testing vs MPFM for Cairn India Limited. Operations in exploration as well as development gas wells. Multi Rate Production Test, Pressure draws down test, Pressure build up test. Isochronal Test, Modified Isochronal Test. Calibration & installation of Hi-Lo Pilot & PSV.
