  Significantly involved in scheduling the job based on condition monitoring of motors involving the dismantling of Rotor Shaft and Bearings, checking run-out of Shafts, Radial & Axial Play of bearings check, bearing defect analysis, squareness & checking of armature and end shield, metalizing, balancing & box up.Oversaw the RLA testing consisting of DC absorption test, capacitance & tan delta test, non-linear insulation behaviour test, partial discharge , polarisation index, MCSA testing, etc.Pivotal role in HT & LT panel maintenance based on periodic thermography results checks like proper sizing of Lugs and termination of Power Cables, proper jointing of Cables, tightness of Bolts, Spring Tension of Switch Fuse Unit, Contactor Coil checking for any possibility of dust & moisture accumulation.
