      Led more than 30 University of Washington students through a mentorship program focused on the higher education application process. -Collected and entered information about college and high school students through “Dreamsis,” – a unique database created and supported by Dream Project.This database is used to keep track on students progress-Created and delivered training presentations for the UW college mentors with an emphasis on working with diverse students from the surrounding area.Dream Project is a student-initiated high school outreach program at the University of Washington. UW students are partnered with mostly first-generation and low-income high students in the Seattle area. The goal of Dream Project is to get students to attain higher education. I worked as a high school lead training and managing 30 college mentors from UW and overlooking 50 high school students. I was responsible for coordinating weekly visits for the mentors from University of Washington to Foster High School while providing students with mentors to help them start thinking about college and scholarships. I created and came up with presentations for my mentors to get them informed about higher education and I also collaborated with other high school leads at events hosted by Dream Project such as Admissions Workshop Weekend, Scholarship Saturday, and Dare to Dream.
