  Some of the key responsibilities I had to carry out while I was Head Prefect are; 1. Leadership and Role Model: Serving as a role model for other students, setting high standards of behavior, academic performance, and character. 2. Student Representative: Acting as a liaison between students and the school administration, addressing student concerns, and communicating their needs and ideas. 3. Event Planning and Organization: Coordinating and organizing various school events, such as assemblies, fundraisers, cultural activities, and sports events. 4. Discipline and Order: Assisting teachers and school staff in maintaining discipline and order within the student body, enforcing rules and regulations. 5. Mentorship and Support: Providing guidance and support to fellow students, especially younger students, by offering advice, assisting with academic challenges, and promoting a positive school environment. 6. Community Engagement: Encouraging student involvement in community service projects and promoting a sense of social responsibility among the student body. 7. Collaboration with School Leadership: Collaborating with school administrators, teachers, and other prefects to contribute to the overall improvement of the school's environment and student experience.
