Kim Dayman
I have worked with Kavelle, co-producing Etobicoke-Lakeshore Culture Days over the past 4 years. This large scale, multi-site community event serviced thousands of local residents and families annually. I look forward to working together each year and have always found her to be incredibly well organized, prepared, clear and concise, a team-player and an adept mentor to many student interns. Kavelle exceeds expected outcomes in all the projects and events we have worked on together. She has been a beneficial partner and is great asset to Humber College and the community.

Kavelle Maharaj was my immediate supervisor while I acted as Humber College programming coordinator for Etobicoke Lakeshore Culture Days. She is extremely knowledgeable in all elements of event coordination including design, artist and volunteer coordination, event logistics, and budget management. She is also able to balance many projects at one time. As a supervisor she was encouraging, supportive and invested in my and the event's success. She made sure to challenge me while still providing guidance and constructive feedback to help me grow in my own event knowledge. I would love to have the opportunity to work with her again, and would highly recommend her as part of any event team!
