Manages design projects from ‘cradle to grave’, coordinating the development of drawings, digital models and onsite construction. Creates Bill of Material for each project. Independently develops “approved for construction” schematic, civil construction and cable and duct drawings. successfully collaborated with Toronto Hydro and the City of oronto to facilitate the replacement of aged underground electrical systems, conduits, and cable chambers at Wellington St E Underground Feeder Rebuild Project ($8.0M) using an open-trench strategy. Successfully completed the project within 6-month time frame, making adjustments to designs while coordinating with with other utilities and TTC. Oversees the review of electrical contractor drawings, civil and architectural plans, site service plans & landscape plans, ensuring compliance with MCR for the City of Toronto encompassing “Right of Way” and private property, CSA and OESC regulations. Develops technical reports and suggestions for Toronto Hydro Street Lighting Design project, ensuring that project was completed on time and within budget.
