Key Responsibilities: To Ensure the "Social Accountability Intervention” by Strengthen Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committee and effectiveness of Village Health Nutrition day by strengthening of health Service providers by interventions by the support of our team implementation of the project activities as per the guidelines and action plan. Preparation of work plan, budget forecast and management of budget allocation as per the project activities and guidelines Monitor and periodically assess the project performance and staff performance against the key performance areas and assess online app data to assess the VHND and VHSNC status. Coordinate and support State/ District officials, field staff. SPMU in addressing service delivery issues Assist and support in developing, implementing and monitoring system/ mechanism (MIS) and, to collect data online from fields, analyse, submit reports online to the line department and SPMU. Customizing and implementing capacity building and training, IEC activities, social mobilisation activities for the project target audience/ community Provide technical inputs and capacity building of project staff, government health, ICDS workers and PRI.
