Kaushik is one of the most transformative technology leaders that I have come across. We met when Kaushik was driving change at Palo Alto Network's IT division and was leading the program. He is very effective in establishing a vision and then flawlessly execute the plan getting desired or better outcomes. He is amazing in dealing with organizational dynamics, his warm and affable personality helps him establish trust with all stakeholders and his deep domain knowledge in technology and operations makes him really effective. I personally learned a lot from him and consider him to be in the top one percentile of technology professionals I have met so far.
